Le matcha est une poudre de thé japonais traditionnel, fabriquée à partir de feuilles de thé vert finement moulues. Avec le matcha, vous buvez les feuilles elles-mêmes, ce qui vous permet de bénéficier de tous leurs nutriments sains. Vous pouvez préparer le matcha de différentes manières :

🍵 Matcha cérémoniel
1. Chauffez votre fouet en bambou (chasen) dans un bol avec de l'eau chaude.
2. Tamisez 2g de matcha (1 stick) dans un bol sec (chawan).
3. Ajoutez 60 ml d'eau à environ 80-90°C (pas bouillante).
4. Fouettez avec le chasen en faisant des mouvements en M ou en Z jusqu'à ce qu'une mousse se forme.

⚡ Rapide et facile
1. Ajoutez 2g de matcha (1 stick) dans un shaker ou un verre.
2. Ajoutez 60 ml (ou plus, selon votre goût) d'eau chaude (80-90°C).
3. Secouez ou remuez bien jusqu'à ce que le matcha soit complètement dissous.

🥛 Matcha Latte
1. Suivez l'une des étapes ci-dessus pour préparer le matcha.
2. Versez du lait chaud ou du lait végétal (comme du lait d'avoine) dans un verre.
3. Ajoutez le matcha préparé.
4. Pour un iced latte : ajoutez des glaçons dans le verre avant d'ajouter le lait et le matcha.
5. Optionnel : sucrer avec du miel ou du sirop.
