Notre Café Glacé Protéiné combine 100 % de café arabica colombien avec de la whey nourrie à l'herbe de Nouvelle-Zélande. Le café est lyophilisé pour préserver sa saveur et la whey provient de vaches qui pâturent au moins 350 jours par an. Une alternative propre avec 21g de protéines et 35-45mg de caféine.

Chaque portion contient entre 35 et 45 mg de caféine, selon la variante. C'est environ la moitié d'un café classique. Pour la version Décaféiné, nous utilisons les mêmes grains de café arabica colombien, mais ils sont presque totalement décaféinés.

Nous utilisons uniquement du café arabica colombien à 100 %. Les grains sont soigneusement sélectionnés et lyophilisés pour préserver au maximum leur saveur et leur arôme. Contrairement à de nombreux cafés protéinés qui utilisent du café instantané standard ou des arômes, nous vous offrons un véritable café dans chaque scoop.

La lyophilisation est la méthode la plus pure pour conserver le café. Plutôt que d'utiliser des températures élevées, l'eau est doucement éliminée, tout en préservant la saveur et l'arôme. Le résultat : une saveur de café beaucoup plus riche et plus douce que le café instantané classique, sans saveurs brûlées ou amères.

La plupart des whey provient de vaches qui passent la majeure partie de leur vie à l'intérieur et sont nourries avec des céréales. Notre whey vient de Nouvelle-Zélande, où les vaches pâturent au moins 350 jours par an, avec un régime alimentaire composé d'au moins 96 % d'herbe. Cette méthode d'élevage assure non seulement un produit plus pur et plus riche en protéines, mais aussi un bien-être animal beaucoup meilleur.
